TRANSCRIPT REQUESTRequests for transcripts must be made in writing. Use the Transcript Request form and mail or fax it with the transcript fee to the Office of the Registrar. Be sure to indicate whether you are requesting an unofficial student transcript for your own use or an official transcript to be sealed and sent to another college or organization. |
