CancerCare provides ongoing support for individuals with cancer diagnosis, and for family members of cancer patients who find themselves providing caregiver support. CancerCare is currently recruiting LGBT participants for 15-week online LGBT support groups. These groups offer a safe, confidential space where participants can discuss the special challenges of living with cancer or caring for a loved one diagnosed with cancer. Each group takes place in a private, password-protected forum that is moderated by an oncology social worker. The groups are completely free of charge and available 24/7 for registered participants.
