Tuition Refund Policy

Refunds are calculated based on the date the course is dropped online or the date of receipt of a completed, signed drop form in the Office of the Registrar. To drop a course you must notify NYSID in writing; telephone notification is not accepted. Fees are nontransferable. Registration and technology fees (applied to creditbearing courses) are nonrefundable, and a drop fee applies to dropped credit‐bearing courses resulting in a refund. All refunds are issued by check, regardless of the student’s method of payment.

There are three ways to Drop:

IN PERSON
