NY Design Center and 1stdibs Host Book Signing Event

On October 29, NYSID was the beneficiary of an exciting evening of shopping hosted by Jim Druckman, president and CEO of the New York Design Center and NYSID board member,  along with Michael Bruno, founder and chairman of 1stdibs. The event celebrated design industry legends, Ellie Cullman and Mario Buatta, who recently published Mario Buatta: Fifty Years of American Interior Decoration and The Detailed Interior: Decorating Up Close  with Cullman & Kravis respectively.   

Notable guests and friends of NYSID included Amy Zook, Chui-Ti Jansen, Cristina Juarez, Cynthia Murphy, Kathleen Giordano, Margaret Russell, Stephanie Odegard, Suzanne Eason, Tony Manning, Steve Stolman, Tracey Pruzan and Victor de Souza. NYSID Board Chairman Patricia Sovern and Michael Sovern attended as did NYSID Board members Alexa Hampton and Dennis Miller. See images from the event here.
