Three NYSID Students Awarded ASID ELF Scholarship Awards

ASID's New York Metro Chapter presented its annual Education Legacy Fund (ELF) Scholarship Awards on Tuesday, April 29, 2014. Three NYSID students Vivian Rosenberg, Jamina Silen, and Alexis Wachtel received awards of $1,000, $1,500, and $500 respectively. The event took place at Knoll’s New York showroom at 1330 Avenue of the Americas, NYC and many industry professionals and students from area schools were in attendance.

Since its founding in 1998, ELF has awarded over 60 scholarships to outstanding interior design students from CIDA-accredited design schools in the New York Metropolitan area. The awards are based on GPA and financial need and were founded by Edith Greenwood, ASID. NYSID congratulates the three winners and thanks ELF for their continued support of interior design education!
